French Silk Chocolate Pie
½ cup softened butter
¾ cup sugar
2 ounces baking chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
One graham cracker crust
Whipped cream or Cool Whip (optional)

Cream together the butter and sugar. Carefully melt the chocolate in the microwave and blend into the butter/sugar mixture. Add the vanilla and stir. Add the eggs one at a time, beating five minutes after adding. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerator for one hour. Top with a dollop of whipping cream/Cool Whip if desired. Yummy!
