Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Another good way to get kids to eat a green vegetable...smother it with cheese.

1 T margarine
1/2 large onion - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced -- add toward end of cooking the onion
28 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 can cream of celery soup
2 inch slice of Velveeta cheese (off the 32 ounce loaf of cheese) -- cubed
Big splash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco

Saute the onion in the margarine until tender on medium high. Lower the temperature to medium-low. Add soup and Velveeta. Stir until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire and Tabasco. Stir then add broccoli and stir until all is coated. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.

Spray appropriate size pan with PAM. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until bubbly and the broccoli is tender.

This is great for pot luck, family dinners. It also freezes and reheats well.
